Return and Refund Policy – Reygram
Our return and refund policy is valid for 20 days after your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
- Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons (if opened)
Required Documentation:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:
- Items that are used or not in their original condition
- Any item returned more than 20 days after delivery
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Re-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank (processing time may vary)

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Procedure

Let us know as soon as possible if you intend to return or exchange an item by contacting:info@reygram.com
- Ship the Item Back
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Reygram is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and notify them of the return.
